PATCH PANELS
HellermannTyton offers a variety of patch panels within the GigaBand Category 6 and MegaBand Category 5e systems. Both systems feature the AlphaSnap and the Universal patch panel. The AlphaSnap patch panel features the ultimate in patch panel technology. In addition to providing superior performance levels, the AlphaSnap panel features a unique and patented slide labeling system, providing the best protection for panel identification. Each panel uniquely comes with wiring configurations for both 568A and 568B. To maintain organization, a rear cable manager snaps onto the back of the AlphaSnap panel allowing for neat installations. Our Universal patch panels are pre-configured in 12, 24 and 48 port versions to meet the needs of nearly all customer applications. The panels are offered with increments of 6 port modules that can be replaced if damaged during installation. The Universal panels can be used for both T568A and T568B wiring configurations, thus eliminating the need for extra inventory. The panels have a very flush front face which provides for an attractive appearance. HellermannTyton offers a very simple, easy-to-install rear cable manager which is recommended for all installations. We also offer a variety of Cat5 & Cat3 patch panels.
MODULAR PATCH PANELS
The modular patch panel is designed to accept HellermannTyton modular jacks and connectors, providing the ultimate in multimedia installations. It allows the design of a custom panel specifically suited to different applications including coax, voice, audio, video and fiber. Once the connectors are snapped into the panel, they are flush with the front of the plate. These modular panels can be mounted to any standard EIA 19" rack, cabinet or wall mount patch panel bracket. Our pre-numbered modular patch panels are available in 12, 12 vertical, 16, 24, 32 & 48 port configurations.
